A quick and easy way to keep track on the length of contractions, and how far apart they are.
Suggested and tested by midwives as a great way to see when your baby is ready to arrive.
Simply tap the note when you wish to start tracking the contractions, tap again when it finishes. When the next one begins swipe the note left to right and it will record how far apart they were, and begin counting the next one. Its that simple.
